Maroon & Gold Donors
Annual contributions of $1,000 or more provide a dependable
and essential source of income that can be put to work immediately
for scholarships, academic programs and student services at
the U of M. Maroon & Gold Donors make the University of
Minnesota a part of their annual charitable giving plans.
Maroon & Gold Donors are those whose annual
contributions to all University campuses and programs total
$1,000 or more during the fiscal year, including corporate
matching gifts.
Recognition:
Maroon & Gold Donors receive a small token of appreciation for
their gifts to the U. Gold level donors
also receive Legacy, the Foundation’s
publication with news and information
about the impact of giving at the University.
The recognition level is determined by your total annual
household giving for a given fiscal year, July 1 to June
30:
Maroon: $1,000 to $4,999
Gold: $5,000 to $24,999
